Warranty and Compliance
The warranty period provided by the seller for a product is generally 24 months for individuals, except for products for which a different period is specified on the product page. In the case of legal entities, the warranty is 12 months, except for products for which a shorter or longer warranty period is specified. The warranty period of the products is considered to be from the date mentioned in the tax invoice certifying the sale or from the date on which the buyer takes possession of the products ordered on the site.
Conditions for granting the Warranty and Conformity:
Service services during the warranty period are provided at the premises of the seller or its supplier, as applicable.
The warranty is granted after an accurate description of the manifestation of the defect with photo/video evidence.
The seller may offer to repair the product, either replace it if it cannot be repaired, or provide an appropriate price reduction, under the terms of the law.
In the event of replacement of equipment or a part, the new part becomes the property of the beneficiary, and the defective part becomes the property of the seller.
Defective products will be sent to the seller/supplier only by express courier to the address mentioned only after you have received prior email or telephone confirmation from a representative.
The shipping costs of defective products during the warranty period will be fully borne by the buyer, the seller cannot be held responsible for damage or loss of the package. We recommend that you send us the package properly packaged, as you received it from us.
Limitations and Exclusions of Warranty and Conformity
The seller may refuse to repair or replace the non-conforming product at the consumer's option if this is impossible or disproportionate compared to the alternative solutions that are available taking into account the value of the product without defect or the importance of the lack of conformity and if an alternative repair could be carried out without significant inconvenience to the consumer.
If the seller does not find the existence of a defect for which he is liable, it follows that the situation is an unjustified request for the granting of the warranty, for which he may ask the buyer to pay the cost of the labor to diagnose the product according to the hourly consultation rates.
It is not considered to be a lack of conformity if, at the time of concluding the sales contract, the consumer knew or could not reasonably have been unaware of this lack of conformity or if the lack of conformity originates in the materials provided by the consumer.
The warranty will not be granted if it is found that the installation, commissioning, use, maintenance, handling, transport and storage instructions of the product as presented in the accompanying documentation and as presented upon delivery of the product have not been followed.
We are not responsible for any incompatibilities between the products or components of products delivered by us and the products of other companies.
If the product received has a visible or functional defect or if quantitative deficiencies or missing components are found, it is necessary to report this in writing, within a maximum of 48 hours from the delivery of the product, to the email address contact.specializat@gmail.com , together with representative photos/videos illustrating the defect. Subsequent complaints regarding the lack of parts in the product, damage of any kind to the product, components and assembly elements, which were not brought to the attention of the seller within the above period, shall not be taken into account.
If the delivery is made via the "Open Parcel" service, complaints regarding physical defects are not accepted.
No warranty is given for defects caused by mechanical shocks or voltage fluctuations/peaks, lack of grounding, use or exposure to improper environmental conditions (improper voltage supply, excessive moisture, liquids, dust, improper temperatures, use in acidic environments, etc.).
The warranty does not cover damage resulting from faulty transportation, accidents, lightning, flood, fire, etc.
The warranty is lost if the product is tampered with by persons not authorized by the seller.
The warranty is lost if the information or technical data on the product has been modified, deleted, replaced or made illegible.
We recommend that all products be installed by authorized persons.
Any intervention by an unauthorized person will void the warranty and may cause an electric shock or short circuit.
No warranty is provided for products that are part of a multi-component assembly and only one of the products was purchased from us.
